Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Medina, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
Site Preparation, Storm Drainage, Excavation and Embankment, Base Prep, and Concrete Paving The Medina County Commissioners and the Montville Township Trustees reserve the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities, and/or accept the Bid deemed the lowest and the best. The estimate for the project is $135,696.00. All construction must be completed by July 31,2024. Each Bidder will be required to file with the bid, a bid guarantee in the form of either: (1) a Bid/Performance Bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid; or (2) a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit in an amount equal to 10 percent (10%) of the amount bid, conditioned that the bidder shall, if his bid is accepted, execute a contract in conformity with the bid, plans, details, specifications, and bills of material.
