Site work and outdoor lighting for an educational facility in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for outdoor lighting for a educational facility.
The Work consists of the Work identified in the Contract Documents. The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor, tools, materials, supplies, equipment, permits, approvals, paperwork, calculations, submittals, and certificates necessary to develop, construct and complete the Work in accordance with all Laws, and all construction and other services required to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished by Contractor or that the Contract Documents require the Contractor to cause to be supervised, overseen, performed or furnished. The Contractor shall provide and perform for the Contract Price all of the duties and obligations set forth in the Contract Documents. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the contract documents shall make a written request to the Assistant Chief Procurement Officer at morrowj@holyoke.org prior to 7/5/2023 @12:00 PM. Clarifications will be provided by 7/7/2023 @ 4:00 PM Inviting written proposals from qualified individuals or firms for the Holyoke Public Schools. We are seeking bids for LABOR ONLY associated with the replacement of existing light fixtures with LED products in two Schools in accordance with contract documents and specifications prepared by the City of Holyoke. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
