This project is located in Bushnell, FL, and includes site development and new construction of a 12,360 SF single-story building to house the Sumter County Supervisor of Elections. Required trades include: cast in place concrete, tilt-wall concrete, structural steel, cold-formed steel roof trusses, casework, waterproofing, roofing, insulation, doors, glass & glazing, overhead doors, drywall and metal stud framing, acoustical ceiling systems, painting, flooring, toilet accessories, signage, AV equipment, fire sprinkler system, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communications, access control, sitework, fencing, landscaping, septic systems. Upon submission, all bids will become the property of the BOCC, who has the right to use any or all ideas presented in any packages submitted in response to this ITB, whether or not the bid is accepted. Bids will be opened at 9:05 a.m. on July 7, 2023, in the Training Room located at 319 E. Anderson Avenue, Bushnell, Florida 33513. The Selection Committee shall meet on July 10, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Training Room located at 319 E. Anderson Avenue, Bushnell, Florida 33513 to review and discuss the bids.
