CR Number: 2099417 The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a Five (5) year contract to procure Preventive Maintenance of Boiler Systems & Ancillary Equipment for the New York Psychiatric Institute located at 1051 Riverside Drive, New York, NY 10032. Details are specified in the Contract Work Plan/Appendix D/ Attachment D and other pertinent information regarding contract expectations can be found in the attached Contract Boiler Plate (BP) and Invitation for Bid (IFB). Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in Section 2 of the Invitation for Bid (IFB), Listed as: Issuing Office/Permissible Contacts of the IFB by Wednesday, July 12, 2023, by 3:00 PM The Anticipated Contract term is March 1, 2024 - February 28, 2029. Please check the Contract Reporter frequently for any updates. "Pursuant to the New York State Finance Law Sections 139-j and 139-k, the procurement Lobbying Act applies to this solicitation. Only the designated, sole point of contact listed below should be contacted during the restricted period of communication. The restricted period begins with the publication of the ad in the New York State Contract Reporter and will end with the approval by the New York State Office of the State Comptroller of this contractual agreement."
