The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Metropolitan Detention Center- Dayton Manor located at 9325 Fort Hamilton Parkway in Brooklyn, NY requires the removal of four (4) Lochinvar model # CFN751PM and install two (2) High-output, tankless on-demand water heaters in accordance with the manufacture's specifications for the units. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The contractor is responsible to provide all equipment, labor and duties outlined in the the Statement of Work attached to this solicitation. All necessary work will be conducted during normal business hours 6:00 A,M,-4:00 P.M.
