The selected CMAR shall provide planning (preconstruction) and professional inputs pertaining to construction schedules, construction market conditions, budgets, project-specific means/methods & constructability, and overall project construction costs. The City’s overall goal for CMAR services is to integrate construction expertise with the design process provide “value-added” efficiencies to project planning and construction execution.
