Site work for a civil project in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Deadline for Questions: 5:00 p.m. CST on July 28, 2023 The scope of work includes the construction of a high-pressure booster pump station (including site preparation and access) and approximately 2800 LF of buried 10" Sch 40 welded steel pipe. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the construction called for under this contract in a timely, safe, and professional manner. A cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the City of Huntsville, Alabama, d/b/a/ Huntsville Utilities for an amount not less than 5% of the contractor's bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, will be required to accompany each bid. A performance bond, a payment bond, a maintenance bond, and insurance will be required prior to execution of the contract. The estimated project duration is 20 months. liquidated damages are included as part of this bid. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
