Site work for a mixed-use development in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, technicalities or irregularities in the bids received, to reject any or all bids. The Project will consist of the reconstruction of a drainage ditch and spillway northwest of Runway 18L, replacement of 2671 linear feet of fencing in between Runway 18R and Boeing Circle, and replacement of a vehicle entrance gate along County Line Road. If the Bidder (a) finds an error, discrepancy, ambiguity or omission in the project documents, (b) needs clarification or interpretation of, any items or provision in the Contract Documents, or (c) is seeking substitutions or modifications to the Contract Documents, the Bidder is obligated to notify the Engineer in writing via email no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 14, 2023. The email shall identify the nature and location of the error, discrepancy, ambiguity or omission in the Contract Documents. All questions, substitution requests, requests for clarification, notices of errors, discrepancies, or ambiguities in the Contract Documents, or any other matter concerning any of the Contract Documents must be submitted to the Engineer no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 14, 2023.
