Elmer Goodwin Park Lighting Improvements 2023 The project includes, the supply of the following elements: (22) Solar Light Fixtures, Poles and Appurtenances (22) Pre-cast Concrete Pole Bases Please note that this is a procurement bid only and that Town forces will perform installation. A basis of design specification has been provided and substitutions will be allowed with Engineer approved substitutions before bid opening. Each bid shall be accompanied by a deposit in the amount of: five percent (5%) of the total gross sum bid in the form of a bid bond. Cash will not be accepted as a deposit. Bid deposits of all unsuccessful bidders shall be returned promptly upon execution of the contract with the successful bidder. Question Deadline 06/30/2023 The Town of Southport reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids submitted and to waive any informality.
