Site work and outdoor lighting for a municipal facility in Elmira, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Multiple prime contracts for roofing replacement, balcony repairs, and electrical lighting improvements work in accordance with Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by AJH Design, 111 East 14th Street, Elmira Heights, NY 14903. As bid security, each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond made payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total of base bid and all alternates, in accordance with the terms described in the instructions to bidders. All checks for deposit of Contract Documents and shipping shall be made payable to AJH Design. No proposal may be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the date set for the opening thereof. The Elmira Housing Authority is an equal opportunity employer. Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women's Business Enterprises (WBE) are encouraged to submit a bid. All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on Monday, September 18, 2023. Questions shall be directed to David R. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality which, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all other Bidders.
