As of July 10, 2023 the project has not been awarded yet. Construction of a new library building and site improvements. Project Scope: The work of the Project is defined by the contract documents and consists of the following: A new library building and site improvements on one city block. The city block is bordered by South West Hudson Street and South Franklin Street. Bids will be received for the following: General Contract, including structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and landscaping. Bidders can obtain digital bidding documents from the City of Mondovi, 156 S. Franklin Street, Mondovi, WI 54755. This is a design-build project and bidders are encouraged to contact the City of Mondovi. Bidders are responsible for securing any and all State and local permits. The Owner shall pay for any plan review and permit fees. Bids shall be directed to the Owner securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper"Bid for city of mondovi public library". The City of Mondovi reserves the right to reject any and all bids, without cause, and accept the bid(s) that is in the best interest of the City.
