The successful contractor shall maintain, and furnish a certificate of insurance to the Purchasing Agent for Worker's Compensation Insurance for all workers on this contract, as well as Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance, including Contractors Contingent and Protective Insurance, as will protect him and any subcontractor performing work covered by this contract, from claims for damages for personal injury, including accidental death as well as claims for property damages which may arise from operations under this contract. The contract document will accompany a City of Sheboygan Purchase Order referencing the terms and conditions of the bid documents. All bids received shall remain in force for not less than (90) Ninety days following the bid due date. The City of Sheboygan is exempt from Federal Excise Tax and State Sales Tax. Bids shall be made exclusive of these taxes. Certification will be furnished to the successful bidder upon request. The City of Sheboygan reserves the right to reject any or all bids, cancel this solicitation, to waive informalities in the bidding process, or to accept any bid considered most advantageous to the City of Sheboygan.
