Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Haverstraw, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work consists of installation of new tennis/pickleball court, complete with all equipment and accessories, in accordance with the Bidding Documents heretofore prepared by Tamblin Engineering, PLLC. All questions shall be submitted via e- mail to Cosimo Pagano, PE at cpagano@edrdpc.com. The subject heading for all e-mails shall be: Subject: Bowline Park Tennis Court Improvements No response will be given to questions received less than 7 calendar days before the Bid opening date. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of Bidders maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond. The successful Bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond, and 100% Warranty Bond with a surety company satisfactory to the Town of Haverstraw. The Town of Haverstraw reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all Bids. Bidders are required to certify, under penalty of perjury, that Bids have been prepared without collusion with other Bidders, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
