The City of Spring Hill requests proposals from qualified companies for special inspection and material testing services for the construction of the City of Spring Hill Police Headquarters on Hathaway Boulevard in Spring Hill, TN. The scope of work covered by this proposal includes the categories listed below. The specific work that would be performed is outlined in the project specifications and summarized below. The testing service guidelines are contained in Specification Section 014100 "Quality Requirements ". At the conclusion of work, a letter from the testing agency will be required. It will state that, based upon the results of the work tested and to the best of the testing agency's knowledge, the structural work conforms to the project specifications, the structural documents, and the building code.
