As of January 9, 2024, project was awarded to Lakeland Asphalt, awarded amount is $436,575.80. The Project includes cold milling and HMA resurfacing of West and East Main Street from West Street to Allegan Road, widening for valley gutter and spillways; cold milling and HMA resurfacing of North Street from West Main Street northerly; and overband crack fill of South Main Street from the south village limit to Fifth Street. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Village of Vermontville reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the Village of Vermontville.
