The Project includes cold milling and HMA resurfacing of West and East Main Street from West Street to Allegan Road, widening for valley gutter and spillways; cold milling and HMA resurfacing of North Street from West Main Street northerly; and overband crack fill of South Main Street from the south village limit to Fifth Street. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents A pre-bid conference will not be held.
