Site work and renovation of a civil project in Danvers, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Abandonment of the Greenleaf Drive Pump Station and Construction of a Cross Country Sewer The work of this Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the extension of an existing sewer from Greenleaf Drive to College Pond Road, abandonment of the Greenleaf Drive Sewer Ejector Station, replication of wetlands near the Smith Elementary School, and creation of flood storage. Scope of work includes removal of Ejector Station Holding Tanks, removal of trees and bushes, and the electrical pedestal above the Ejector Station, installation of approximately 760 linear ft. of 10-inch gravity sewer, CIPP lining of approximately 25 linear ft. of 8-inch gravity sewer, removal and replacement of approximately 25 LF of 15" CMP drain with new PVC drain, management of all existing sewer flows, regrading of cross country areas to facilitate sewer installation, removal of shrubs and trees in cross country areas, replication of wetlands, remove of material to create flood storage, pavement demolition and replacement; rock and boulder excavation; and all miscellaneous work and cleanup required to complete the work.
