The City of Spartanburg in collaboration with is seeking Proposals from Licensed General Contractors or South Carolina Home Builders who are also Licensed and Certified Lead Remediation Contractors for the abatement work or use of Interim controls for a project located at 282 S. Church Street , Spartanburg, SC. M/WBE goal of 10%.
