Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Southgate, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number 0000323630 The proposed project is for the construction of approximately 510 SYD of concrete off-street parking, 195 LFT of curb and gutter replacement, 1535 SFT of sidewalk removal and replacement, 170 LFT of storm sewer with catch basins, swale grading and a new asphalt basketball court. The project anticipated start date is August 21, 2023 and is to be substantially completed by September 15, 2023. All questions shall be directed to John M. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal.
