Site work for a water / sewer project in Cypress, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project includes minor repairs to existing drainage channels and detention facilities, including: 1. Remove and replace ends of backslope outfall pipes. 2. Stabilize erosions at toe of slope with riprap. 3. Regrading of backslope swales. 4. Placement of excavation and sod against edge of asphalt walking trail. 5. Hydro-mulch seeding of disturbed areas. 6. Disposal of waste material 7. Various other minor repairs. The deadline to ask questions is 7/13/2023 5:00 PM CDT Any questioned Work may be ordered by Engineer to be taken up or removed for re-examination prior to Final Acceptance Existing walking trails must be protected during construction and maintenance berms to be restored to original condition. Work included in this project shall be performed in accordance with the most current version of the City of Houston Standard Construction Specifications and Standard Construction Details for Wastewater Collection Systems, Water Lines, Storm Drainage, Street Paving and Traffic and Harris County Standard Engineering Design Specifications including any subsequent revisions or amendments, whether or not such specifications are included herein.
