This service contract intends to provide Northern Kentucky University plumbing contractors who can respond quickly to perform emergency repairs, routine service work, preventive maintenance work, equipment replacement, and small projects not to exceed $30,000. This work includes but is not limited to, general plumbing repairs; backflow preventer testing, repair, and/or replacement; and winterization/de-winterization of plumbing systems at identified locations. Last Date for Questions 6/23/2023 at 12:00 Noon. All requestsfor information, questions, or commentsrelative to this projectshould be directed, in writing to Eli Baird Manager, Procurement Services Lucas Administrative Center, Suite 617 Northern Kentucky University Highland Heights, KY 41099 bairde@nku.edu NKU reserves the right to cancel and terminate any resulting contract without cost or penalty upon thirty days written notice from NKU Procurement Services to the Offeror. Any contract cancellation notice shall not relieve the Offeror of the responsibility to perform all required services prior to the effective date of cancellation.
