The work or improvement to be performed generally consists of providing all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete the project per plans, specifications and contract documents for the Cerritos Sports Complex, located at 19900 Bloomfield Avenue. The project includes soil restoration (soil profile amendment and fertigation system installation), laser grade and sod installation (with Paspalum sod) of fields 3, 4, 5, and 6, with a total of approximately 403,000 sq ft/9.25 acres of area to be renovated. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
