ADA Improvements for Police Entrance Project will be received, by the Scottdale Borough, at the office of the, Scottdale Borough, 10 Mount Pleasant Road, Scottdale, Pa. 15683. The Project consists of the removal of the existing access ramp and installation of a new ADA compliant ramp complete with handrail, the removal/replacement of approximately 265 SF of the concrete landing & stairs at the building's entrance, and the installation of two (2) ADA compliant parking spaces. A Bid Bond is required to execute the agreement for this Project. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons who are registered as having obtained Contract Documents.
