Deadline for Questions and Inquiries Monday, July 10th, 2023, by 5:00 p.m. CST The City of Pearland (City) in accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 2269.253,d, desires to select a Construction Manager At-Risk firm or team (CMAR) to provide Construction Manager At-Risk services in connection with the design and to perform the construction of Hillhouse Road Annex Phase II Project and centralize services with the construction of an approximately 20,000 square foot Fleet Building and a 14,000 square foot Parks Maintenance Building.
