Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Harrisville, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The construction of a student drop off area on 2425 North which will include removal and replacement of curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt and fencing; and work on 2000 North which includes widening the existing roadway with new curb and gutter, sidewalk, and asphalt. This is not the full scope of work. See Bid Schedule and Drawings for additional info. COMPLETION DATE: Work on 2425 North to be substantially completed by August 22, 2023, and work on the entire project substantially completed by October 1, 2023. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $288,609.00 BONDS/INSURANCE: Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond. The selected Contractor shall guarantee all work with a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Warranty Bond.
