As of December 27, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Harrisville City is a growing community located north of Ogden, UT. The City has secured a parcel of land dedicated to the development of the city's new Civic Campus. The overall Campus is currently being master planned and the project components are in various stages of design. Overall, the campus willinclude: City Hall; Police / Fire / Public Safety Complex; potential parks & recreation space (and/or buildings); and the Public Works Complex. The first phase of development is the Public Works Complex, with the City Hall / Public Safety Complex representing Phase II (currently in design), and the recreation components to follow at a future date Friday, December 08: LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS The Public Works Complex scope includes construction of a new, 2-story, 7,000 GSF Administration Building connected to an 8,320 GSF Shop / Storage Building. A Sand/Salt Storage space is incorporated, and a Truck Wash is identified as an Add Alternate Harrisville City anticipates a Construction Budget of: $7,800,000 In addition, the City has established a Construction Contingency value of: $350,000 to address any unforeseen conditions, weather conditions or ownerdirected changes during the course of construction.
