Renovation of a water / sewer project in Boca Raton, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work includes the furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the Water Treatment Plant, Nanofiltration Membrane Units Upgrades as detailed in the Construction Drawings and Technical Specifications. The upgrades include proposed nanofiltration membrane treatment process upgrades, upgrades to the degasifier and odor-control scrubber system, and upgrades to electrical and mechanical systems. The Work will also include miscellaneous site improvements, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and all incidentals required to complete the project in conformance with the Contract Documents. The Work will be performed at the Utility Services Department at 1401 Glades Road. The estimated budget for this bid is $8,100,000.00 Any questions a Bidder may have during and/or as a result of the site visit shall be directed to the City in writing as detailed in Item 7 of the Instructions to Bidders. Any statements made by City representatives during any site visit shall not be binding on the City.
