Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Boca Raton, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.
As of January 16, 2024, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The City of Boca Raton intends to install approximately 10,000 linear feet of water main and approximately 2,300 linear feet of force main all ranging in sizes from 4" to 12" in the Boca Woods and Winfield Park neighborhoods within NE 32nd St. and NE 20th St between N Dixie Hwy and N Federal Hwy. Included with the water main replacement is abandonment of existing water mains, installation and reconnection of meters and service lines (on both public and private property), sewer network upgrades as well as additional civil upgrades including roadway, sidewalk and stormwater collection improvements. Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for all scope components are required for a complete and operating system. Maintenance of water service and coordination with operations are required. All work shall comply with Contract Documents and permit conditions, and include all ancillary components, testing and restoration work, as necessary.
