The Boca Raton Airport Authority ("BRAA") is soliciting proposals from qualified companies for Airfield and Roadway Markings Contract in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Request for Proposal To provide BRAA with surface markings for runways, taxiways, taxi lanes, ramps/aprons, roadways, parking lots, and surface painted signs by exceptionally qualified vendors with direct experience with Federal Aviation Administration airfield pavement markings. Any questions regarding the specifications and solicitation process must be submitted in writing to the Operations Director at travis@bocaairport.com. Requests for clarification and additional information must be received by the Deadline for Requests for Clarification on. August 14, 2023, 3:00pm EDT Sample Performance Bond Format (if required, will be requested from the Proposer recommended for award) Sample Payment Bond Format (if required, will be requested from the Proposer recommended for award) The selected Proposer shall comply with all minimum wage requirements, such as Living Wage requirements, minimum wages based on Federal Law, minimum wages based on the Davis-Bacon Act, and the provisions of any other employment laws, as may be applicable to this contract. The BRAA reserves the right to waive minor technicalities or irregularities when it is in its best interest. The Executive Director reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive any minor irregularities or technicalities. The BRAA intends to award a contract(s) for 3 years with the option to renew for an additional two 1 year periods, at the BRAA’s sole discretion.
