Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Charles City, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Question Cutoff Date: 7/16/2023 11:00 PM (ET) CONSTRUCTION OF NEW 500-TON 50/50 SALT AND SAND MIX STORAGE BUILDING, as per attached plans and project manual. Install new wood frame construction w/metal siding and precast concrete interior walls. Work to be done during regular working hours and days M - F 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Pre-bid site visit is recommended. Inspection by Iowa State Building Code Bureau. Required 1 year construction warranty and materials warranty as indicated in specs.
