The Douglas County School District, with this document, hereby request bids from licensed, qualified companies for the maintenance and service of wastewater tanks in accordance with the plans and specifications outlined in this bid package 24-006 entitled Wastewater Tank Maintenance/Pumping. The DCSD is an equal opportunity employer. The Douglas County School District reserves the right to waive technicalities, to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity in bids received, to award the entire bid to one Respondent or to multiple Respondents or to make awards by group or location, whichever is in the best interest of the Douglas County School District; hereafter referred to as DCSD, except where noted for clarity. The contract may be extended for up to four (4) one-year terms beyond the original contract period upon written agreement between the successful Respondent and the Board of Education.
