Renovation of a municipal facility in East Saint Louis, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of East St. Louis (the City) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified and experienced general contractors for the City of East St. Louis Renovation project. The project involves remodeling an existing space on first floor space of the City Hall building located at 301 River Park Dr. East St. Louis, IL 62201. The contractor must coordinate with the City and be able to do some of the work during off business hours when the City is closed, as needed.
