PAYMENT BOND The Payment Bond, to guarantee the payment of wages and of bills contracted for materials, supplies, or equipment used in the performance of the Contract, shall be on the form provided by the Agency and shall be in a sum not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the original Total Contract Price as set forth in the Contract.
