This is a HUD Section 3 Contract and all Bidders must commit to achieving established requirements, including benchmarks, for Section 3 workers and Targeted Section 3 workers to be considered a responsive bidder and eligible for a contract award. The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. This RFQ is not a contract or commitment of any kind. General Liability Insurance with Additional Insured Endorsement. Shall include Completed Operations and be on a primary and non-contributory basis.
Automobile Liability Insurance, coverage shall include owned, hired, non-owned, OR any auto.
Workers' Compensation Liability Insurance shall be Statutory and include Employer's Liability, and a waiver of subrogation.
