This is a HUD Section 3 Contract and all Bidders must commit to achieving established requirements, including benchmarks, for Section 3 workers and Targeted Section 3 workers to be considered a responsive bidder and eligible for a contract award. In submitting a quote, each Bidder thereby agrees that, if awarded a contract, it shall execute a standard LACDA contract, a sample of which is attached to the RFQ package for reference. The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all quotes. This RFQ is not a contract or commitment of any kind. The LACDA is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of the respondent's quote. It reserves the right to issue supplementary information or guidelines related to this RFQ.
