Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in High Falls, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of September 19, 2023, project was awarded to M. Garrett Harrington, awarded amount is $80,000. The contract consists of the construction of a 80' -0" long by 40' Ac 0" wide by 5" thick concrete floor with a diamond groove pattern, 192 feet of one foot high and one foot thick concrete curbs and 20 feet of 4 foot high and one foot thick concrete walls. There will be two 14' Ac 0" wide concrete aprons at both long ends of the covered barnyard, the approximate length will be 5' Ac 0". Vertical posts, premanufactured trusses and 29 gauge steel roofing will be used to cover the barnyard project. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Ulster County Soil and Water Conservation District, negotiable United States Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to at least ten (10%) percent of the Base Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
