The Project consists of completing repainting of the existing water storage tank. Document Notes : The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: BCA Architects & Engineers, 15 Public Square, Watertown, New York 13601, phone: (315) 782-8130. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8 and 5. Bidding documents remain the property of the Engineer and must be returned in good condition within thirty (30) days after award of contract or rejection of bids. All refunds of deposits will be made only in accordance with the Plan Deposit Policy. Upon request and receipt of the document deposit indicated above plus a non refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service through Syracuse Blue Print Company, 825 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, New York 13210. Copies are not available for pickup at the Issuing Office. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or defects in such bid either before or after opening.
