The scope of work for this project includes: sitework/ underground utilities, landscape/ sod/ irrigation, metal fencing and gates, final cleaning, concrete (flat-work & vertical), masonry (block & brick), structural steel, sidewalks, cabinetry and millwork, insulation, roofing & flashing, windows/ glazing, hollow metal/ wood doors & hardware, metal stud framing & drywall, ceramic tile, flooring/ base, acoustical ceilings, painting, markerboards/ tack boards, signage, mise, specialties, lockers, projection screens, aluminum walkway canopies, toilet accessories, fire extinguisher and fire extinguisher cabinets, window treatments, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical/ low voltage.
