We are not looking to add new contractors to the BPA at this time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Action Code: Synopsis Date: Tuesday, June 20,2023 Contracting Office Address: Procurement and Property Services, Field Procurement Operations, Northwest Procurement Zone Product or Service Code: Z2JZ NAICS Code: 238190 Proposed Solicitation Number: 1240BJ23Q0033 Closing Date: July 11, 2023 Description: The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, personnel, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies, except as otherwise specified, necessary to provide repair and maintenance to the exterior envelope of Forest Service owned administrative buildings in Juneau, Alaska. All work shall be performed in accordance with this statement of work, specifications, and all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Base bid work includes replacing deteriorated, damaged, or warped siding and to prepare and stain entire siding and trim on the Juneau District Office building. Work includes protections of adjacent improvements and vegetation. Bid item work includes painting and siding replacement on the Juneau RD Main Office.
