Renovation of a multi-residential development in Agawam, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Installation of bathroom exhaust fans, replacement of select kitchen hoods, replacement of apartment unit load centers, installation of GFCI outlets in bathrooms and kitchens in select apartments, and replacement of Community Building panelboards at Country view Estates. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
