The Town of Agawam, Chief Procurement Officer in consultation with the Department of Public Works hereby invites sealed bids from qualified experience sources in accordance with Chapter 30, for furnishing tree trimming and removal services. The Term of the Contract is three years. Questions/RFI may be directed in writing to JBonfiglio@agawam.ma.us The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder who offers the lowest price. The Town of Agawam reserves the right: (1) to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof; (2) to waive any informality in the bids; and (3) to accept the bid that is in the best interest of the Town. The Contractor shall pay any employees that he engages to operate his vehicles or equipment the applicable minimum wage rate prescribed by the Commission of Labor and Industries from the list included herein.
