The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals for the replacement of sign panels on existing changeable message signs (CMS), addition of new signs and auxiliary panels, removal of sign panels and CMS sign assemblies, and relocation of CMS sign assemblies along SR 408. A copy of the Bidder's current prequalification certificate shall be submitted with the Bid. Failure to submit the certificates at time of bid may result in rejection of the Bid. Prequalification is required irrespective of the contract amount. CFX specifically reserves the right to take a Bidder's past performance with the CFX (and others) into consideration in determining whether the Bidder and Bid are responsive, responsible and qualified and most advantageous to CFX. By submitting its Bid, the Bidder is signifying its awareness and understanding that the Bid process will be subject in all respects to the provisions of applicable laws, rules and regulations and the policies of CFX (as they may be amended or modified from time to time).
