This is presolicitation notice is for a construction project for HVAC retrofit work at the VA Southern Oregon Rehabiltiation Center and Clinics (VASORCC) located in White City, OR. The solicitation will be a total small business set aside. Additional details on scope of project will be provided in the solicitation when posted. IAW FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this project is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Solicitation Package: It is anticipated that the solicitation package for this project will be available for download from Contracting Opportunities on or around July 22, 2024. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which will be available at the Contracting Opportunities website. No telephone or fax requests for the package will be accepted, and no solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.
