Renovation of a municipal facility in Bennington, Vermont. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bennington State Office Bldg Glazing Units Replacement Contractors are invited to bid on the Bennington State Office Building Insulated Glazing Units Replacement project for the Department of Building and General Services at 324 Main Street in Bennington, Vermont. This project consists of, but is not limited to: Replacement of eighty-four (84) triple insulated panes glazing units (IGU) located at the Bennington State Office Building with triple IGU as described in the plans and specifications. Existing fiberglass window frames to remain "as is". A deduct alternate is being considered to replace the existing triple IGU with double IGU with comparable U-values and solar heat gain coefficient (SGHC) as noted in the specifications. All glazing sizes shall be field verified by the contractor. Question Deadline 07/27/2023 at 4:30 PM ET ny vendor requiring clarification of any section of this RFP or wishing to comment or take exception to any requirements of the RFP must submit specific questions in writing to BGS.OPCVendorDoc@vermont.gov
