Site work for a water / sewer project in Warman, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work involves the construction and commissioning of a new sewage pumping system (SPS) to replace the existing SPS. The new SPS will be constructed on a lot adjacent to the existing SPS allowing the existing to continue operation for the duration of the construction. The SPS consists of a deep (~10 m) wet well and dry well substructure supporting the superstructure on the south side. On the north side the superstructure is supported by columns on spread footings. In general, the work consists of supply, installation, and commissioning of: Two 105 hp sewage pumps on VFD. 250 kw standby generator. Associated electrical and controls equipment. Building mechanical heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and controls. Civil works and utility tie-ins. Cast-in-place substructure and superstructure. Coordination with the owner for work affecting the City's operations. Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond and Consent of Surety Company and certified cheque payable to the City of Warman.
