Delivery Point 27900 FRANKLIN ROAD SOUTHFIELD, Michigan United States 48034 Question Acceptance Deadline 07/19/2023 12:00 AM EDT Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - FOB Destination Award Requirements - All or None Award RCOC is seeking a written proposal for this scope of work, material unit costs and total price, for the labor, materials, and equipment required to provide and install replacement cement base and light poles for Southfield yard. Scope of work lights and poles o Replace 2 bases and 20' 5x5"poles, install Lithonia RSX3-P4-50k-R5 light fixtures with 2" slip fitters o Replace 3 wood poles and install arms with one Lithonia RSX3-P4-50k-R5 light fixture per pole o Provide excavator. o Remove the existing concrete light pole foundation. o Install 36" x 8' Sona tube. o Re-install the conduit into the new Sona tub. o Install a ground rod and ground wire for the new light pole. o Install manufacturer spec anchor bolts. o Install concrete meeting attached specifications. o Install 2 - 20' 5x5 bronze steel light pole. o Install LED lighting and bull horn. o Remove and install 3 wood poles with metal arms and fixture. o Provide bucket truck to install the light pole and light fixtures.
