**As of September 14, 2023, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The intent of the project is to rehabilitate an existing building that was formerly used for dewatering and make it more suitable for dry storage and forklift access. The scope of the project will include, leveling the existing concrete floor by saw cutting, grinding and placing a topping slab; replacing roofing materials, repairing spalled concrete, recoating structural elements and closing existing penetrations and openings in the masonry walls. TIME FOR COMPLETION: Substantial Completion in 90 Calendar Days The CONTRACTOR shall furnish a Warranty or Maintenance Bond in the penal sum of ten percent (10%) of the Final Contract Amount CONSTRUCTION COSTESTIMATE: $275,000
