Owner also reserves the right to waive informalities. Contractor shall complete all work within 30 days of beginning construction The project consists of all necessary work to complete the installation of a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) including but not limited to: concrete pedestrian refuge island, concrete sidewalk and curb ramps, pavement markings, RRFB footings and miscellaneous site improvements as detailed on this bid form and on the Project Plans.
