The Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (DWR) is soliciting competitive sealed bids for Fire Suppression Systems Inspection and Maintenance Services on an Annual Contract at various DWR facilities. Contractor shall furnish all insurance, transportation, materials, supplies, parts, test equipment, instrumentation, apparatus, services, tools, project management, supervision, labor, technical knowledge, skills, and all things necessary to provide an annual contract for the inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, and replacement of fire suppression systems and ancillary equipment All Bidders are required to submit a Bid Bond, or a certified check made payable to the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. The Bid Bond or certified check must be enclosed in the envelope with the sealed bid. Failure to submit a bid bond with the proper rating will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each up to a sum of $150,000.00 and provide insurance coverage as required by the contract documents. The payment and performance bond amounts are subject to change for each renewal option Question Deadline 08/01/2023 at 3:00 PM ET
