Site work for a water / sewer project in Buford, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question deadline for Rock Springs Medical Sewer BL125-23 to be changed from October 10, 2023, to OCTOBER 13, 2023 no later than 3:00 P.M. The work to be performed under this contract includes the construction of approximately 356 LF of 54", 4,067 LF of 30", 371 LF of 16", 342 LF of 8", and 20 LF of 6" DIP gravity sewer main, 32 manholes, 665 LF of 60" jack and bore installation, 275 LF of 48" - steel casing jack and bore installation, 70 LF of 60" - steel casing open cut installation, 115 LF of 30" - steel casing open cut installation, restoration of all disturbed areas to pre-construction conditions, and all other appurtenances as shown on the drawings or specified within the contract documents as required to complete the project. Liquidated Damages: Bidder agrees to complete the Contract awarded within the "allowable calendar days for completion" from the date of the "Notice to Proceed" and he further agrees that the Owner may retain from the monies which may become due the amount of $1,000.00 (Substantial) / $500.00 (Final) for each and every day that the completion of the work may be delayed.
