Solicit proposals from qualified professional architectural, engineering, or cultural resource firm to establish a contract to develop a Conditions Assessment Report for the Gloucester Court Circle properties and Museum of History, referred to collectively here as the "Campus" to address maintenance and rehabilitation needs. The resulting agreements from this solicitation shall be non-exclusive and the services provided shall be on an on-call basis with no guarantee of work. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards from this solicitation and the use of the contracted firms shall be at the sole discretion of the County. Questions: Questions or comments regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Contract Officer not later than June 21, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred).
