Site work for a water / sewer project in Wayland, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of August 15, 2023 project was awarded to C. Naughton Corp. with awarded amount of $537,964.40 no anticipated start date at the moment. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount and in the form described in the Instructions to Bidders. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of 50 percent of the Contract Price, will be required in the form described in the Instructions to Bidders. This contract generally consists of furnishing and installing approx. 2,900 linear feet of 8" water main on River Rd the Transfer Station Access Rd with associated valves, fittings, hydrants, and appurtenances. Additive Alternate A consists of 585 linear feet of 8" water main on River Road from the Transfer Station Access Road to the Wayland DPW.
